RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat has slammed the frequent raking up of Hindu-Muslim issues to foment communal discord in India. Without mentioning the cases filed in courts over temples purportedly being under mosques, Mohan Bhagwat said: “There should be a Ram Temple and it indeed happened. That is a site of devotion for Hindus… But raking up new issues every day for disdain and enmity should not be done. Some people think they can become leaders of Hindus by raking up such issues every day. This is not acceptable.”
