Internet users took to social media platform X to report the outage of these services. Social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Threads was not loading for several users, while messages went undelivered on instant messaging app WhatsApp.
#Instagramdown and #Facebookdown remained the top trends on X on the intervening night of Wednesday and Thursday.Â
