Delhi University has announced the Spot Round-I admission schedule for undergraduate programmes for the 2024-25 academic year.

According to a notification released Sunday, the application process for spot admissions will begin at 10 am on September 18 and will close at 11:59 pm on September 19.

All those applicants who applied for the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS-UG) 2024 but are yet to be admitted to any college by 5 pm on September 17 are eligible to participate in the Spot Round-I admission process. They can participate in Spot Round-I by selecting the ‘Spot Admission’ option on their dashboard.

Once a seat is offered, candidates must accept it by 11:59 pm on September 22. The final payment deadline is set for 4:59 pm on September 24.

Applicants can choose only from programme-college combinations where seats are still available and must accept the seat allocated to them, the notification stated. Failure to do so will result in their disqualification from future admissions under the CSAS-UG 2024 process. Additionally, no options for upgrading or withdrawing seats will be available during Spot Admission rounds. Once a seat is allocated, it is final, the notification added.
