A 300-Crore Pakistani Rupee Pitch Stuns Judges. Here’s What Happened

Shark Tank Pakistan’s pitches are going viral on the internet for both right and wrong reasons. Some of the pitches got audiences’ attention because of their unique and deserving nature, while on the other hand, some pitches went viral because they were far away from reality and came out as funny for both audiences and Shark Tank Judges.

In a recent clip from the show that is going viral on social media, a participant can be seen asking for 300 crores Pakistani rupees in funding after finishing his pitch in return for 3 per cent equity, which left the judges shocked and surprised at the same time. The pitcher kept his company’s valuation of 10,000 crores Pakistani rupees.

After this, sharks enquired about his company’s sales, to which he responded that his sales for 2023 were between 3.5 and 4 crores Pakistani rupees, and his profit was between 30 and 35 per cent. After knowing the numbers, sharks suggested that if he is evaluating his company’s value so high, then the profit margin should also be that high, to which the candidate responded that if he had that kind of profit, why would he come to Shark Tank? If he had that kind of profit, then he must be sitting alongside the judges instead of pitching to them; candidates’ this answer left judges in splits.

This clip from the show is going viral on the social media platform Instagram. Several internet users came forward to make fun of the fact that how this pitch was so unrealistic. “All shocked as chacha asked for Pakistan GDP,” wrote one of the Instagram users.

Another user added, “Shark is like- “Paise bahut hai mere pass kisi se bhi udhaar maang kar de sakta hun (I have lots of money, can give after borrowing from anyone).” “Chacha Rocks, Sharks Shocked.”
