Drunk Cop Falls On Road, Asks Help From Locals After Failing To Get Up On His Own — On Cam

Moradabad: A policeman, who was completely drunk, fell down on the road and failed to get up on his own in Uttar Pradesh’s Moradabad. He was then helped up by a young man, who pulled him to stand upright.

The cop even had a liquor bottle in one of his pockets. The incident was recorded by the people around him, shortly after which the video was circulated on social media on Tuesday (November 26) and has gotten viral since then.

The incident took place at night when the constable was standing with both his hands in his pockets near a police jeep. A bike was also parked beside him. In the video, the drunk cop can be seen taking a few steps backwards before losing balance and falling to the ground due to his inebriated state.

He immediately asked for help and straightened his arm, hoping someone around him would help him to stand up. A man whose voice could be heard in the video then asks another man to help the policeman who was struggling to get up on his own.

As the man helps him up, a bottle of liquor could be seen in the pocket of the policeman. When he sees that the man had been recording the incident all along, he tries to cover the device’s camera, asking him to not shoot the video. Notably, the cop was in his uniform at the time of the incident, which raises question on the safety and security of the people, which is the responsibility of the policemen.
